【Abstract】 The thesis built a method with sodium nitroprusside to determine Cysteine first time. The method has advantages of high sensitivety, fine selectivity and anti disturb, liner scope is 1-90μg/mL, detection limit is 0.78μg/mL, regression eguation is y=0.0176x +0.2114, correlation coefficienf is r =0.9991, especially suitable for determination of cysteine in complex samplers.更多还原
