【摘要】 从生理、病证角度对中西医有关肝的认识加以比较 ,认为 :中医肝的形态学基础为实体性肝脏 ,其生理病理的某些认识也不同程度源于实体 ,实体肝脏生理、病理特点的观察可能作为认识来源之一 ,参与构筑了中医肝脏象理论。由于两者社会背景不同 ,认识视角、研究手段迥异 ,从而形成各具特色的脏器概念。通过对中西医肝脏相关性的探讨 ,提出“肝脏调节链”的假说。更多还原
