【Abstract】 About human nature,many thinkers have made a lot of brilliant analysis so as to establish their theory systems,which are related to philosophy of life and society.The ideology of the pre Qin Dynasty Confucianists has been one major sources of Chinese traditional legal theory,whose ideas about human nature could help us to understand and analyze Chinese society and what the modern Chinese people is thinking.This article is making a rough analysis of three major pre Qin Dynasty Confucianists,to help people make a prediction in the reform that we have joined and have been experiencing through reviewing the past.更多还原
