缺氧对脑干听觉诱发电位的影响
The effects of hypoxia on brian aubitory evoked potential
【摘要】 将实验组家兔缓慢吸入氮气 ,导致家兔缺氧后检测其脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP) ,并与对照组比较各波潜伏期、波间期、波幅变化 ,观察缺氧对 BAEP的影响。结果发现 ,实验组 BAEP 波、 波、 波的潜伏期延长 ,幅值降低 ,波间期延长 ,表明缺氧时即伴有 BAEP异常 ,BAEP的异常改变可反映缺氧对脑干的损伤程度。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]To observe the effects on brain auditory evoked potential and investigate the changes of BAEP by hypoxia,let rabbits absorb N 2 slowly and measure BAEP The comparison of changes on every wave interval,latency and wave amplitude was observed The results indicate that every wave latency in BAEP is prolonged,wave amplitude is decreased and interval of Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ is prolonged The conclusion was that hypoxia leads to abnormal BAEP The changes of BAEP reflect various degrees of the damage to brainstem by hypoxia [WT5”HZ]
