糖尿病患者的眼电生理变化

【摘要】 观察了 5 7例 (10 4眼 )糖尿病患者的视网膜电图 (ERG)及振荡电位 (OPs)和视觉诱发电位 (VEP)的改变。结果显示糖尿病患者的 ERG中 a、b波的峰值期延长、波幅降低 ,OPs波幅也明显降低 ,而 VEP的潜时延长、波幅降低 ;降糖治疗后部分患者的 ERG、OPs和 VEP有所改善。提示血糖升高和病程是影响 ERG、OPs和 VEP的重要因素 ,而 ERG和 OPs可作为观察糖尿病者视网膜病变的一个定量指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The oscillatory potentials(OPs) of ERG and visual evoked potential(VEP)in 57(104 eyes)diabetic patients were studied The result shown that the peak times were significantly lengthened and amplitudes were decreased in a and b waves of ERG,that the amplitudes of OPs were decreased either and that the peak times were significantly lengthened and amplitudes were decreased in VEP in diabetic patients After the blood sugar had been lowered,ERG,OPs and VEP were improved These suggested that ERG and OPs could be considered as the quantity indexes of diabetic retinopathy [WT5”HZ]更多还原
