【摘要】 采用流式细胞仪检测了 2 6例慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜 ( CITP)患者 ( CITP组 )外周血中 CD+4 细胞的体外凋亡率 ,以 ELISA法检测其血小板相关抗体 ( PAIg)含量。结果显示 ,CITP组外周血 CD+4 细胞凋亡率显著高于正常对照组 ,P=0 .0 1,其中泼尼松难治组与有效组无显著差异 ;CITP组PAIg G含量显著高于对照组 ,P<0 .0 1;PAIg G含量与 CD+4 细胞体外凋亡率成正相关 ( r=0 .73)。认为体外 CD+4 细胞凋亡异常反映了体内此类细胞的活化 ,可能与 CITP的发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the pathogenic role and clinical significance of abnormalities of the peripheral CD + 4 lymphocytes apoptosis from the patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP) Peripheral mononuclear cells from 26 patients and 15 normal healthy donors were analyzed by flow cytometry to determine the rates of CD + 4 cell apoptosis Meanwhile,the platelet associated immunoglobin(PAIg) in all of those donors were detected by ELISA methods Results showed the rates of peripheral CD + 4 lymphocytes from the patients were significantly higher than those from normal donors(P=0 01),the rates from refractory patients were not significantly higher than those from responsative ones,the PAIgG quantity in the patients was signifcantly higher than in normal ones (P<0 01) In CITP patients,the PAIgG quantity was positively related with the rates of CD + 4 lymphocytes(r=0 73) This suggests that in vitro the abnormalities of peripheral CD + 4 cells apoptosis may reflect the activated status of these cells in vivo and may contribute to the pathogenesis of CITP更多还原
