气氛烧结对95氧化铝陶瓷机械性能的影响

【摘要】 在添加少量TiO2,Cr2O3和Fe2O3对95氧化铝陶瓷改性的基础上,着重研究了不同的合成温度、烧结气氛和烧结温度对陶瓷机械性能和显微结构的影响,并对其机理进行了初步的探讨.研究表明在氢气氛中 1350 ℃2 h烧成的样品的体积密度达 3. 95 g/cm3,表面洛氏硬度为 92(HR 15 N),抗折强度大于 200 MPa,表面光洁度为 11,能满足柱塞的使用要求.

【Abstract】 The effect of sintering atmosphere on the mechanical properties and microstructure of alumina ceramics with small amount additives of TiO2, Cr2O3 and Fe2O3 was investigated. Two temperatures at 1200℃ and 1300 ℃ were selected as prefiring temperature. After sintering in temperature ranging from 1280 ℃ to 1460 ℃ in air, nitrogen and hydrogen,the volume density and mechanical properties of sintered bodies were determined. An optimum property was found for the samples prefired at 1200 ℃and then sintered at 1350 ℃in hydrogen for 2 h. A surface hardness of 92(HR 15 N) and flexural strength larger than 200 MPa was obtained.
