不带矩射的辛作用对应的约化的Hamilton函数

【摘要】 Lie群G在辛流形 (M ,ω)上的辛作用 (不带有矩射 )的辛约化空间Nk=K \Nx 上具有约化的Hamilton函数 ,并给出一点成为相对平衡点的两个充要条件 .

【Abstract】 There are reduced Hamiltonians on symplectic reduced spaces of symplectic actions without moments of Lie groups on symplectic manifolds.Two necessary and sufficient conditions for a poinf to be a relative equilibrium are also given in the paper.
