淀粉粘合剂反应历程和反应条件探讨
On the reaction process and condition to produce starch adhesive
【摘要】 论述了淀粉氧化反应历程和温度、pH值及氧化剂种类对反应的影响。研究表明 :制备淀粉粘合剂的反应为游离基反应 ,碱性越强反应速率越快。室温强碱条件下 ,只要催化剂、氧化剂用量适宜 ,反应仅需 1小时即可顺利完成。
【Abstract】 The starch oxidation reaction and the factors influencing it such as temperature, pH, and type of oxidants are discussed in this paper. Results show that the reaction resulting in starch adhesive is a free radical reaction. The stronger the alkalinity is ,the sooner the reaction. If the quantity of catalyzer and oxidizer is suitable, the reaction lasts only an hour at the condition of indoor temperature and strong alkalinity.
