石墨超细粉对玻璃钢表面电性能的影响
Effect of Graphite Superfine Powder on Surface Performances of Fiber Reinforced Plastics
【摘要】 用 3种不同粒度的石墨超细粉与金属粉 (以不同质量比 )混合的复合粉作为玻璃钢表面导电组分进行了玻璃钢表面电阻和力学性能的试验研究。试验结果表明 ,适量掺入石墨超细粉和金属粉而组成的复合粉 ,可有效改善玻璃钢的表面导电性能而对其力学性能影响不大。石墨超细粉细度越高则对玻璃钢表面导电性能的改善效果越明显
【Abstract】 The experiment study on electrical and mechanical performances of fiher reinforced plastics (FRP) is carried out using pure graphite superfine powder and composite powder made of different ratio of graphite powder and metal powder.The experiment results show that adding an appropriate amount of pure graphite superfine powder and composite powder can efficiently improve the surface electric conductivity of FRP without unfavorable effect on its mechanical performance.
