【摘要】 随机抽样 ,选择围网游牧养殖、经引种入川后第三代 6月龄美国绿头野鸭 ,按国家规定的标准方法进行产肉性能测定。测定结果 ,其半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、皮脂率的平均测定值 :公鸭为 81 %、71 4 %、2 2 4 %、1 7 2 %、0 ;母鸭分别为 81 %、70 9%、2 1 6 %、1 7 1 %、1 2 %。与所测定的天府肉鸭×麻鸭的杂交鸭及各地方品种家鸭相比 ,胸肌率、腿肌率显著地高 ,皮脂率极显著地低 ,肉质上乘更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the random sampling,the 3rd generation six-month old American anas platyrhmchoses introduced into Sichuan from American are fed feely in a net,the result of the percentage of eviserated yield with giblet,the percentage of eviserated yield,the percentage of breast muscle yield,the percentage of leg muscle yield,the percentage of skin grease yield,the drake′s is 81%,71 4%,22 4%,17 2%and zero and the duck′s is 81%,70 9%,21 6%,17 1% and 1 2% Compared with a few kinds of local ducks,the percentage of leg muscle yield of the anas platyrhmchose is much higher and the percentage of skin grease yield is much less the quality of it is much better更多还原
