正常金属绝缘体-s波超导结中的隧道谱和束缚态
Tunneling Spectrum and Bound State in a Normal-metal-insulator-s-wave Superconductor Junction
【摘要】 在正常金属 绝缘体 s波超导隧道结中 ,考虑到绝缘体中的体杂质散射以及粗糙界面散射 ,运用Bogoliubov deGennes (BdG)方程和Blonder Tinkham Klapwijk (BTK)理论模型 ,计算系统的微分电导和束缚态 .计算表明 :( 1)粗糙界面散射和绝缘体中的杂质散射都能使能隙峰变低 ,凹陷升高 ;( 2 )当绝缘层厚度具有几个超导相干长度时 ,隧道谱中将呈现一些子能隙谐振峰 ,并在超导能隙内形成一些束缚态 .
【Abstract】 Taking into account impurity scatte ring of insulator and rough interface scattering in the normal-metal-insulator -s-wave superconductor junctions, using Bogoliubov-de Gennes (BdG) equat ions and Bolonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk (BTK) model, we calculate the differential conductance and bound state. It is found that: (1) both the interface roughness and the impurity scattering make the peaks of energy gap become lower, the dip become more smooth and higher, (2) when the insulator has several coherence len gths, bound states within the energy gap, and subgap resonance peaks in the tunn eling spectrum will appear.
