【摘要】 采用两步法对未经浓缩的湿法磷酸进行净化研究。首先于酸中加入适量的硫酸钠和磷矿粉以部分脱氟和除硫酸根 ;然后用氨中和滤液以深度脱氟和除去金属离子。净化液经浓缩到适当密度后再冷却结晶 ,即可获得所需纯度的磷酸一铵产品 ,净化过程所产含磷滤渣可返回磷铵肥料生产系统更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a two-step method for purifying non-concentrated wet-process phosphoric acid was developed. Firstly a proper quantity of sodium sulfate and phosphate rock were added for partially de-flourinating and de-sulfating the acid, secondly the pre-purified acid was neutralized with ammonia for further removal of flourine and entirely precipitating the metal ions in the acid.When the finely purified ammonium phosphate solution was concentrated to a proper final density and then cooled, crystallized, the solid product could meet the grade desired. The phosphate-contained residue in the purifying process may be fed back to the production of ammonium phosphate fertilizer.更多还原
