试论专属经济区制度下我国的海洋渔业管理

【摘要】 介绍了有关 2 0 0海里专属经济区的一些基本情况 ,分析了实施专属经济区制度以来国际海洋渔业管理的主要特点及趋势 ,以及我国海洋渔业管理将受到的影响 ,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策

【Abstract】 This paper gave a brief introduction to 200 mile exclusive economic zone ( EEZ ) and summarized the main characteristics and future trends of world fishery management after the implementation of EEZ system. It also analyzed the EEZ systems effect on Chinas fishery management and proposed countermeasures consequently.
