涪陵区发展榨菜绿色食品的可行性研究
Feasibility Studies on Development of Green Food in Fuling City
【摘要】 绿色食品产地农业生态环境质量是影响绿色食品质量的重要因子之一。涪陵地区发展榨菜生产已有百余年历史 ,加之榨菜产地污染少、气候适宜、环境条件具备发展绿色食品。调查资料和实际检测结果表明 ,涪陵区发展榨菜绿色食品在环境质量方面是可行的。
【Abstract】 Agricultural environmental quality of green food production area is one of important factors that affect green food quality The quality indices of air,water and soil in Fuling comply with the standards of the environmental quality for green food production,and the pickled mustard tuber production has a history of more thanahundred year Some surveys and environmental monitoring show that developing green foods in Fuling is feasible in the case of environment quality
