【摘要】 扬子鳄是一种人工饲养繁殖成功的濒危野生动物。 1992年获CITES成员大会批准 ,允许子二代鳄的商业性开发利用。作者分析了我国扬子鳄保护、养殖现状和扬子鳄群体的遗传特征 ,认为一方面扬子鳄野生资源仍受到威胁 ,另一方面随着饲养种群数量的增加 ,养殖费用不断增长 ,扬子鳄的潜在经济价值也未能实现。鉴于此 ,提出加强运用现代生物技术对扬子鳄保护遗传学和开发利用研究的建议更多还原

【Abstract】 Alligator sinensis was an endangered animal th at breeds successfully under captive condition,and the utilization of its second f ilial generation for commercial purpose was approved by CITES in 1992 Based on a nalysis of current situation of alligator conservation and captive breeding in C hina as well as its genetic characters,the authors believe that existence of all igators in wild are still threatened and,on the other hand,expenditure for allig ator keeping is rising with the alligators number increasing Economic value o f Chinese alligator is not obtained from the breeding at present A proposal for study on the conservation genetics and exploitation of alligator with modern bio - technique is offered in the paper更多还原
