【Abstract】 On the basis of enough investigating to the status quo of soybean milk powder factory, we take example by the designing and using experience of the milk powder factory with importing equipment,conjoin the facts of spraying stage at present, welding into expert′s experience,we venture to take fluider to coat lecithin technique to production of soybean milk powder to enhance output and quality of soybean milk powder.Practice is proved to is success,especially in the way of soybean milk powder quality:the particle is equably,the solubility is go up,the color is more and more to excite the people′s appetite.更多还原
