纳米级金属粉改善润滑油摩擦性能的研究
Research on the Improving Friction Properties of Lubricating Oil with Nano Metal Powder
【摘要】 在MPX200实验机上考察了粒径为20-30nm的铜粉和锡粉加入QD30润滑油后的摩擦性能,结果表明该铜粉能够提高QD30润滑油的极压性能,而将铜粉和锡粉一起加入该润滑油则效果更佳。
【Abstract】 The lubricating properties of nano copper powder and nano tin powder (diamerter is 20 ~ 30nm) adding to QD30 oil were tested on the MPX200 friction and wear tester. The result showed that nano copper per could improve the oil’s pressure property and its effect was better when adding nano copper powder and nano tin powder in the oil at the same time.
