【摘要】 我国自 1995年开始在东、黄海首次实行全面伏季休渔制度，为了检验伏休制度实施四年来的成果，通过东海区执行伏休制度前、后渔业资源的变化状况，渔业资源动态监测调查结果的分析研究并结合浙江省主要渔区渔业主管单位及生产单位的广泛社会调查，研究结果表明：伏季休渔制度已取得了巨大的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益，并得到了广大渔民和干部的一致拥护。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is four years since summer－ fishing－ off institution was carried out in 1995 in the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea of our country. By analysing both fishery resources variation before and after implementing summer－ fishing－ off measures and dynamic monitoring investigation result of fishery resources,and through wide social investigation to chief fishery zone and deparment responsible for fishery and production unit, the result showed that summer－ closed institution has got huge economic,ecology and soical benefit, and is supported by fishermen and cardres.更多还原
