【摘要】 用猪传染性胃肠炎病毒 (TGEV)、猪流行性腹泻病毒 (PEDV)、猪轮状病毒 (PRV)制备的三联疫苗对 8头怀孕母猪进行免疫 ,所产 73头仔猪保护率 89%;对 110头仔猪进行口服免疫 ,2 1天用三种强毒混合毒攻击 ,免疫组保护 92 .7%,对照组发病 84.8%,经测定疫苗免疫期为 4个月 ,干燥阴凉条件下保存期为 12个月。田间受免仔猪 2 744头 ,免疫保护90 %更多还原

【Abstract】 Pregnant sows were immunized with triplet vaccine which was manufactured with transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) and porcine rotavirus(PRV).The protective rate of the vaccine for its 73 piglets were 89%.110 piglets were immunized by this vaccine via oral way and challenged after 21 days.The protective rate of the piglets in immune group was 92.7%,the morbidity of the piglets in the control group was 84.4%.The test results showed that immune period was 4 months and preservation period was 12 months in term of dry and shady and cool.The immune protective rate was 90% in 2744 immunized piglets in field test.更多还原
