【摘要】 目的 :分析嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床特点 ,争取早期诊断、提高疗效。方法 :复习 2 1例的全部病历、组织切片 ;按Kadish分期分成A、B、C 3期 ,分析其疗效。结果 :按Kadisk分期各种治疗总的 5年生存率分别为 10 0 .0 %、37.5%、10 .0 %。结论 :嗅神经母细胞瘤疗效与临床分期有关 ,治疗以放疗或手术加放疗最理想更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analyze the clinical character of 21 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma.Methods:Review all the cases and histopathological slices of 21 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma.According to the kadish’s staging,the patients were divided into three of A,B,C and analyzed the treatment efficacy.Results:The 5 yeat survival rate of kadish’s stage A,B,C was 100.0%,37.5% ahd 10.0% respectively.Conclusions:The treatment efficacy of olfactory neuroblastoma is connected with the clinical stage.Radiotherapy or surgery plus radiotherapy gains more treatment efficacy.更多还原
