【摘要】 目的 :研究硒 (Se)在子宫颈癌发生与发展中的作用。方法 :使用XDY 1型原子荧光光度法检测 81例子宫颈癌、53例妇科良性肿瘤和 2 5例非肿瘤者头发中Se的含量。结果 :子宫颈癌患者头发中Se含量明显低于良性肿瘤和非肿瘤者 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且随子宫颈癌临床期别的增高 ,Se含量呈逐渐降低趋势。结论 :头发中Se的含量与子宫颈癌的发生发展有一定的相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the role of selenium in occurring and developing with cervical carcinoma.Methods:With model XDY 1 atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer.the selenium levels in hair from 81 cases of cervical carcinoma,53cases of gyencologic benign tumors and 25 cases of patients with no tumor were measured.Results:The hair selenium level in cervical carcinoma group was significantly lower than that in benign tumors and no tumor groups,and the later stage of cervical Carcinoma,the lower selenium levels in hair of these patients. Conclusion:The hair selenium level has a close relation with occuring and developing of cervical carcinoma.更多还原
