【摘要】 目的 :了解食管癌高发区人群恶性肿瘤的基本构成。方法 :通过食管癌高发区林州市人民医院1987～ 1997年恶性肿瘤收治记录 ,初步分析这一地区人群恶性肿瘤的构成情况。结果 :11年间该医院共收治 14种恶性肿瘤 6 50 2例 ,其中包括食管、贲门、胃、肠道、肝和胆囊在内的 6种消化系统肿瘤 6 2 2 1例 ,占全部恶性肿瘤数的 95 7% ;食管癌 3531例 ,贲门癌 176 4例 ,共占全部恶性肿瘤数的 81 4 % ,位居前两位 ;胃癌和肺癌则排列第 3位和第 7位 ;宫颈癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、结肠癌等其他常见恶性肿瘤则仅占很低的百分率。结论 :这一地区除食管癌高发外 ,贲门癌也占有较高的比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the basic composition of malignant tumors in a high incidence area of esophageal cancers,China.Methods:Based on the records of malignant tumor in People’s Hospital of Linzhou city in 1987-1997,a preliminary analysis was performed to characterize the composition of malignant tumors in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer.Results:The result showed that,in the period of 1987-1997,there were 6502 cases with 14 kinds of malignant tumors in this hospital,and 6221 cases with 6 kinds of digestive system tumors,including esophageal,gastric cardia,gastric,colorectal,liver and cholecystic tumors,its percentage in all of tumors was 97 5%;esophageal and gastric cardia cancers stood first and second on the list,3531 and 1764 cases respectively,their percentage in all of tumors were 81 4%,but other malignant tumors′ percentage was very lower Conclusions:The present study clearly indicated that there was also a high composition of gastric cardia cancer in a high incidence area of esophageal cancers,China.更多还原
