【摘要】 目的 :观察婴儿早吸吮的能力 ,早吸吮对母婴的影响。方法 :产后让母婴身体接触 ,产后 30min、 2、 6h再次帮助吸吮。结果 :婴儿吸吮能力在产后 30～ 40min最强 ;早吸吮既能增强母体子宫收缩 ,减少产后出血 ,又能促进新生儿胎粪排出 ,使新生儿黄疸消退时间提前 ,黄染程度明显减轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the sucking of infants,effect of which on mother and infants.Method:Encourage physical contact of mother and infants after labourhelp sucking at 30 minuts,2hrs,6hrs after labour.Results:Infants show strongest sucking ability in 30～40minutes after labour.It can stimulate unterus contract,reduce hemorrhage after labour,help fetus to defecate,reduce jaundice of infants.更多还原
