铝电解槽电压电流强度变化对电解槽热平衡的影响计算
A NUMERICAL CALCULATION OF THE EFFECT OF THE VOLTAGE AND THE CURRENT CHANGE ON THE THERMAL BALANCE IN A ALUMINUM REDUCTION CELL
【摘要】 在铝电解槽的稳定生产中 ,槽电压和电流保持不变时 ,电解槽处于热平衡状态。但当电解槽电压或电流发生变化时 ,电解槽体系内产生的总热量发生变化 ,电解槽原来的热平衡状态就会遭到破坏。本文通过计算研究 16 0kA大型预焙电解槽电压和电流的变化对电解槽热平衡及其他状态的影响。
【Abstract】 In the course of the aluminum reduction cell producting,if the operating voltage and current are stability,the thermal field of aluminum reduction cell will be stability.When the voltage and current are changed,the total quantity of heat produced in the cell will change,and the fhermal balance in the cell will be broken.In this paper,on the basis of this calculation,the effect of the voltage and the current change on the thermal balance and other states in the 160kA large prebake anode aluminum reduction cell was studied.
