【Abstract】 This paper studies a compound bending process of knives of the template.After introducing briefly features of the compound bending process,the finite element analysis(FEA) established.On the base of finite element analysis,the relation is established between the angular angle of the external ring and the bending angle of sheet metal,in the meanwhile,the springback is studied.The forming processes of the different knives are simulated finally.更多还原
