论素质教育对教师素质的基本要求

【摘要】 本文从素质教育对教师必须具备的五个方面的素质进行深入浅出、入情入理的阐述，对提高教师素质具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 The article explains five kinds of qualities that a teacher must possess. It explains the profound in simple terms and stands to reason. It is certain realistic significance to improve the ability of teachers.
