IW32-118型微型离心泵的设计
DESIGN OF IW32 118 MICRO CENTRIFUGAL PUMP
【摘要】 详细介绍了 IW3 2 -1 1 8型微型离心泵的设计过程 ,其中所建立的水力模型比较成功 ,结构合理。由于小流量、低比转速微型离心泵普遍存在着效率很低和加工困难等问题 ,给设计带来一定的难度 ,但本设计采用了理论和实验相结合的优化设计方法 ,从而选取了较合理的参数 ,使此类泵的效率得到一定的提高 ,其加工性能也得到很大的改善
【Abstract】 IW32 118 Micro centrifugal pump is reasonably designed, the established hydraulic model being quite satisfying and sound in structure. It is more difficult to design small flow and low specific speed micro centrifugal pumps because of their lower efficiency and harder machining. But an optimalized design is adopted here by combining the theories and experiments. By selecting reasonable parameters, the efficiency and machinability are enhanced to a certain degree.
