【Abstract】 Acetochlor in peanut and soil was extracted with distilled water and acetone. The extract is re-extracted with petroleumether and cleaned with mixed florisile column. Acetochlor was detected by gas chromatography with a 63Ni electron capture detector. The minimum detectable concentration of Acetochlor was 0.04mg/kg. The average recovery rate of this method varied form 83.0% to 96.1% when blank sample was fortified at 0.05-1mg/kg.更多还原
