乙草胺在花生和土壤中的残留研究

【摘要】 样品以蒸馏水和丙酮为提取剂 ,石油醚萃取 ,混合柱净化 ,气相色谱 (ECD)检测。最小检出浓度为 0 .0 4mg/kg。空白样品添加 0 .0 5~ 1mg/kg乙草胺的平均回收率为 83.0 %~ 96 .1%

【Abstract】 Acetochlor in peanut and soil was extracted with distilled water and acetone. The extract is re-extracted with petroleumether and cleaned with mixed florisile column. Acetochlor was detected by gas chromatography with a 63Ni electron capture detector. The minimum detectable concentration of Acetochlor was 0.04mg/kg. The average recovery rate of this method varied form 83.0% to 96.1% when blank sample was fortified at 0.05-1mg/kg.
