关于中小学教师队伍管理的几点思考

【摘要】 从师资的能进能出 ,总量控制 ,城乡结合 ,教育　　资源共享等 4个方面对中小学师资队伍的管理工作进行了探讨

【Abstract】 In regard to the shortcomings existing in process of the teachers′ construction , this article raises a few personal opinions at the four aspects: the freedom of coming in and going out; the competitive system ; the combination of the city and the countnyside ; the sharing of the educational resources.
