【摘要】 目的 :了解克罗伊茨费尔特—雅各布病 (Creutzfeldt Jacob病 ,CJD)的脑电图特点。方法 :对 3例CJD病人经常规脑电图描记并密切随访 ,动态观察脑电图的改变。结果 :3例CJD病人的脑电图均有短间隔周期性放电 ,疾病不同阶段有不同的特征性脑电图 ,结论 :随着病情变化有相应脑电图特征 ,如在缺乏脑活检资料的情况下也可作出比较明确的CJD诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To observe the EEG features of patients wirh Creutzfeldt Jacob disease(CJD).Methods: Routine EEG recording was done and followed up closely in 3 patients with CJD, observing the EEG changes in different stages of the disease.Results: All the three patients showed periodic short interval diffuse discharges on EEG. Different EEG features were observed in different stages of the disease.Conclusions: ”EEG showed correspondig features with the changes of condition of the CJD, more definite diagnosis of CJD might be made without the biopsy of brain.更多还原
