桔全爪螨对常用杀螨剂的抗药性测定

【摘要】 采用玻片浸渍法 ,测定了两柑桔种植区桔全爪螨对常用杀螨杀虫剂的抗药性 ,与山东泰安非柑桔种植区敏感桔全爪螨相比 ,浙江黄岩市种群 (R1 )和福建南靖县种群 (R2 )均对齐墩螨素和哒螨灵产生了较高水平的抗性 ,R1的抗性倍数分别达 1 3.4和 1 1 .2倍 ,R2分别达 1 0 .3和 33.0倍。R2种群对三氯杀螨醇也产生了 2 3.0倍的抗性。R1和R2对其他测定药剂也均表现出不同程度的抗性现象。齐墩螨素虽应用不久 ,但抗性发展迅速 ,该现象应引起高度重视。

【Abstract】 The Panonychus citri of different populations were collected from Shandong province (S population),Huangyan city,Zhejiang province(R1 population)and Nanjing county,Fujian province(R2 population).All the populations were tested by several acaricides with slide-dip method.The results showed that the resistance ratios of R1/S were 13.4 and 11.2 folds to abamectin and pyridaben,that of R2/S were 10.3 and 33.0 folds.The R2 population has high resistant level to dicofol (23.0 folds).What’s more,there are different resistant levels to other insecticides,which were measured.Abamectin is a new chemical,it is not a long time to use for controlling Panonychus citri,but the development of resistance was very quickly,which should be paid highly attention to .
