NaCl对甘草叶片脯氨酸含量以及质膜相对透性的影响

【摘要】 用含 Na Cl50— 40 0 mmol/L的营养液处理甘草幼苗。结果表明随 Na Cl浓度增大 ,叶片游离脯氨酸含量升高 ,质膜相对透性增大 ,叶片中游离脯氨酸含量与质膜相对透性呈正相关

【Abstract】 mmol/L NaCl were used to treat seedlings of Liquoric Root.The results showed that free prolinc content and gyto membrane permcability increased with the increasing concentration,free prolinc contents were positiue relevant to cytomembranc permeabilitics.
