品种纯度和真伪的DNA分子标记鉴定及其应用

【摘要】 本文阐述了品种纯度和真伪的DNA分子标记鉴定的原理、优点及其应用研究概况,认为利用RELP、RAPD和AFLP等DNA分子标记可通过鉴定种子DNA水平上的差异来鉴定品种纯度和真伪,具有准确可靠、成本较低、不受环境因素影响、便于实现鉴定自动化,且可鉴定表型上难于鉴别的品种等优点;已初步应用于多种作物的品种纯度和真伪鉴定,有些已实现商业化;本文还认为,利用DNA分子标记鉴定品种纯度和真伪是品种鉴定的发展趋势,应加大力度不断完善和发展DNA分子标记鉴定技术,实现DNA分子标记鉴定的简单化、自动化和商业化。

【Abstract】 The principle and advantages of the method called molecular identification of seed purity and authenticity are put forward, and its application in variety identification is surveyed in this paper. Because seed purity and authenticity are evaluated through testing DNAs of the seed using DNA molecular markers such as RFLP, RAPD and AFLP, the method is considered to have high accuracy and reliability low cost and to be beneficial to automatic identification. Furthermore, the method can be employed in any season and have an advantage in identifying varieties that can not be evaluated by morPhologic markers. The method has been employed to identify seed purity and authenticity in many kind of crop, in some of which the identification has been commercialized. It is suggested that it is a developing trend to identify seed purity and authenticity using DNA molecular markers, and the method should be improved and refined to order to reach the goal ofsimplification, automation and commercialization of seed identification.
