【Abstract】 A new type of vertical plate metering device filling in inside, i.e., corn precision metering device with concave metering inner cell was developed. Theoretical analysis and experimental research showed that the main effective factor of limitation of increasing the rotational velocity of the vertical plate is the clearing performance of the device, and it is main measure of raising the clearing performance to reasonably determine parameters of the device. In this paper, through the theoretical analysis of the clearing process of the seeds in filling holes, the moving law of the seeds, its mechanism and effective factors during clearing were clarified, the foundation of the design theory and optimal designing of the device was laid.更多还原
