玉米孤雌生殖诱导系的选育方法研究
Study on the Method of Corn Parthenogenetic Inducing Line Development
【摘要】 本试验通过对北农大高油 (BHO)与 Stock6 F1的自交后代、BC1和 BC2 后代分离群体单株单倍体诱导率的分布趋势分析发现 ,在 3个群体中均以诱导率最低的类型占绝大部分 ,诱导率较高 (相对于 Stock6 )的类型所占比率很小 ,而诱导率突出的类型所占比率更小。在 F1自交后代系统中出现了诱导率大大超出高亲的极端类型 ,而在 BC1和 BC2 的后代系统中未见有诱导率超高的跳跃性分布类型。随着 Stock6回交次数的增加 ,后代中分离出诱导率超亲类型的可能性越来越小。因此 BHO中可能存在不同于 Stock6的诱导单倍体基因。与 BC1和 BC2 后代相比 ,BHO/ Stock6的自交后代中籽粒 Navajo标记更趋向于深标记类型 ,表明 BHO中也具有增强籽粒色素的修饰基因。 BC1和 BC2 的后代中 ,没有发现大胚类型 ,而 F1的自交后代中则获得了一些大胚面的穗行。由 ABPl等基因控制的紫色植株标记受修饰基因的影响比较小
【Abstract】 Distributive tendency of haploid rate induced by single plant in subsequent self crossing generations of BHO/Stock6 (F 1), BHO/Stock6/Stock6 (BC 1) and BHO/Stock6/Stock6/Stock6 (BC 2) populations was analyzed. The results indicated that in the three populations most individuals belonged to the low haploid inducing rate (HIR) type, a small part to moderate HIR type (about the same level as stock6), and only a few to high HIR type. In F 1’s progenies considerable amount of transgressive segregates with higher haploid inducing ability were found, on the contrary there was no jumping distribution in that of BC 1 and BC 2. With the increase of backcrossing times, the transgressive segregates decreased, indicating that there exists some kind of haploid inducing gene(s) different from that of Stock6 in BHO. Compared with BC 1 and BC 2, the kernel Navajo marker of some F 1 segregates were obviously intensified, suggesting that some modifier genes of R nj may also exist in BHO. Among the two formers no large germ type was found, while in the later some ear rows with large germ appeared. The purple plant marker (ABPl) was not significantly affected by modifier gene.
