【摘要】 目的　探讨丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV )基因含量与干扰素疗效的关系。方法　采用“ELISA模式”化的HCV -RNA聚合酶链反应—杂交定量 (PCR -Hyb)检测了 19例慢性丙型肝炎患者α -干扰素治疗前后的血清中的HCV -RNA的水平。结果　 3MU、6MUα -干扰素治疗 ,分别是 11例、8例 ,完全反应者分别占 72 .5 %、75 % ,部分及无效反应者分别占 2 7.5 %、2 5 % (P >0 .0 5 )。两种剂量的完全反应者治疗前血清中HCV -RNA平均含量 (4 .3± 1.6× 10 4 fg/ μl) ,显著低于部分反应 (7.6± 1.1× 10 4 fg/ μl)及无反应者 (7.5± 0 .1× 10 4 fg/ μl,P <0 .0 5 )。自治疗开始第 6个月 ,完全反应组中 9例 (9/ 14)血清中HCVRNA水平仍较高 (大于 1.6× 10 2 fg/ μl) ,在第 12个月仍有 3例 (3/ 14)血清中含较高水平的HCVRNA(大于 6 .9× 10 2 fg/ μl)。 结论　两种剂量的干扰素治疗效果无显著性差异 ,治疗前血清中HCVRNA水平低者干扰素治疗效果较好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives Discuss the relationship between the content of hepatitis C Virus RNA(HCV-RNA)in sera and alfa-interferon therapy.Methods 19 patients with chronic hepatitic C received interferon,the lever if sera HCV-RNA was quantitated at the beginning and the end of treatment by Hybridizaation Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR-Hyb).Results A complet response (3MU、6MU)was abserved in 72.5%、75%of all cases,partial response 、non-response was abserved in 27.5%、25%of cases ofter therapy.The average amout of HCV RNA in complete responsers before therapy(4.3±1.6 ×10 4fg/ l)was significantly lower( P 〈0.05).than that of partial responsers(7.6±1.1×10 4fg/ l)and non-responsers(7.5±0.1×10 4fg/ l ).at the sixth month of treatment ,the level of sera HCV RNA in 9 complete responsers(9/14)were yet high ,and the lever of sera HCV RNA in 3 complete response (3/14)were yet very high at the twelveth since treatment .Conclusions The effect of two doses alfa-interferon therapy is no significantl difference ,and that is good in lower lever of HCV RNA in sera.更多还原
