【摘要】 目的 :研究乳腺癌中癌巢周围基底膜 FN、Cath-D及 nm2 3的表达和意义。方法 :免疫组化 SP法作 FN、Cath-D及nm2 3染色。结果 :癌巢周围基底膜 FN的表达与癌细胞分化程度有关 ,与同侧腋下淋巴结转移与否、nm2 3的表达呈正相关 ,而与癌细胞 Cath-D表达负相关。癌细胞 Cath-D的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,而 nm2 3的表达与淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论 :癌巢周围基底膜 FN、癌细胞 Cath-D、及 nm2 3对乳腺癌的预后判断有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To show the expression and significant of Cath-D、nm23 and basement FN around the breast cancer nest. Method: By immunohistochemical (SP) means. Results: the expression of FN is related to cell differentiation, positive relation to axillary lymphonoid metastasis in the same side and to nm23, but negative relation to the expression of Cath-D in cancer cell. The expression of Cath-D in cancer cell is positive relation to lymphanoid metastasis, but nm23 is negative. Conclusion : The expression of basement FN around cancer nest ,Cath-D and nm23 is significant for judging the prognosis of breast cancer. [更多还原
