【摘要】 目的 :为了观察血浆载脂蛋白 E(AOPE)基因多态性与冠心病 (CHD)患者血浆脂类水平及动脉粥样硬化病变进程的关系。方法 :测定 42例 CHD患者的血浆 Apo E基因型 ,分别测定 :E2 /2 +E2 /3+E3/3和 :E2 /4+E3/4+E4/4两组患者血浆甘油三酯 (TG)、胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇 (HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇 (LDL -C)、Apo E、载脂蛋白 A1(Apo A1)、载脂蛋白 B(Apo B)、脂蛋白 (α) (LP(α) )、内皮素 (ET)和一氧化氮 (NO)水平。结果 : 组血浆 L DL-C水平高于 组 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) , 组血浆 NO水平低于 组 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :含 E4等位基因的 CHD患者在血脂 (L DL-C)水平升高和动脉粥样硬化进程方面较不含 E4等位基因者显著 ,Apo E基因型测定对临床上 CHD患者的病情估计有一定帮助更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between ApoE genotic polymorphisms,serum lipids and the progression of arteriosclerosis in 42 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:To measure ApoE genotype in these patients and Serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoE,ApoA1,ApoB,LP(α) and ET/NO in two groups(Ⅰ:E2/2+E2/3+E3/3 and Ⅱ:E2/4+E3/4+E4/4) respectively. Results:The serum LDL-C level of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05),the serum NO level of groupⅡ was significantly lower than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).Conclusion: The increase of serum lipid levels and progression of arteriosclerosis, CHD patients of ApoE4 genotype is significantly higher than that of none.And we can say the measurement of serum ApoE genotype helps a lot for the diagnosis of patients with CHD.
