【摘要】 使用火花塞光纤传感器对 BJ4 92 Q汽油机燃烧进行研究 ,同时应用压力传感器进行对比测试。发现在正常燃烧时 ,测得的光强和气缸压力间的曲轴转角和峰值都有良好的相关性 ,所测光信号曲线能够更准确地反映燃烧时间参数 ;爆震燃烧时 ,火花塞光纤传感器探测的光强急剧增大和高频波动可表明爆震发生和爆震强度。所研制的火花塞光纤传感器具有可行性

【Abstract】 A spark plug optical fiber sensor was applied to a BJ492Q engine to detect the combustion.A pressure sensor was applied simultaneously to make a comparison.It was found that good correlation existed between the measured luminosity and cylinder pressure quantities in terms of crankangle and magnitude of peak pressure of normal combustion cycles.The measured luminosity curves showed more accurately the combustion time diameters.Knock can be detected by the spark plug optical probe as a high frequency ripple.The spark plug optical probe was proved to be feasible.
