电控柴油机实时控制仿真系统的试验验证与应用

【摘要】 电控柴油机动态实时仿真系统是开发柴油机电控系统的先进工具。作者研制了这一系统的硬件结构与仿真模型 ,并对仿真系统进行试验验证 ,研究了实时计算性能和仿真精度。在完成仿真的试验验证后 ,将仿真系统扩展为综合开发系统 ,对发动机控制单元进行仿真调试 ,为柴油机电控系统提供了方便、实用的开发工具

【Abstract】 Hardware-in-the-loop(HITL) simulation system for electronic controlled diesel engine is an advanced tool for the development of diesel electronic controlled system. This paper presents the hardware structure and simulation model of HITL. Experimental verification on HITL has been carried out in order to study the real-time calculation performance and simulation precision. After the experimental verification,this system is extended to be a comprehensive developing system for the test of engine control unit(ECU),which facilitates the development and test of ECU.
