【摘要】 目的 :初步探讨大黄对肠缺血再灌注 (I/R)诱发的肠粘膜屏障损伤及机体炎症反应的防治作用。方法 :将大鼠分为对照、I/R及治疗 3组 ,检测各组动物肠组织SOD、血TXA2 及内毒素水平 ,并观察细菌培养结果、脏器指标及生存率。结果 :肠I/R后肠组织内SOD耗损 ,血TXA2 水平升高并伴有严重的内毒素血症及菌血症 ;预先以大黄治疗可使肠内SOD耗损减少 ,血TXA2 水平明显下降 ,同时细菌、内毒素易位减少 ,脏器功能指标改善 ,动物致伤 2 4h生存率提高 40 %。结论 :大黄可减轻大鼠肠I/R后肠粘膜屏障破坏 ,并进一步对炎症反应所介导的器官损伤起保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This observation was designed to explore the protective effect of rhubarb on inflammation response induced by intestinal ischemia reperfusion (I/R) in rats. Methods All rats were randomly divided into control, gut I/R and treated group.In every group,the gut O -· 2 activity, blood thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) and endotoxin level were detected and the survival rate,organ functions were observed.Results Gut I/R increased the gut O -· 2 activity and induced endotoxemia and bacterimia.Pretreatment with rhubarb could attenuate bacterial and endotoxic translocation,lower the level of blood TXA 2 and abate the vital organs dysfunction. The 24?h survival rate increased by 40%.Conclusion Rhubarb abates the gut barrier fai~lure induced by gut I/R and protects organs from dysfunction induced by inflammation response.更多还原
