【摘要】 小鼠腹腔注射羊胎盘活细胞素 (SPLCC)后 ,检测其胸、脾指数 ,免疫细胞数量 ,缺氧耐受性及其胃肠推动能力 ,结果表明SPLCC能有效地增加小鼠外周血白细胞数和脾脏有核细胞数 ,增加胸、脾指数 ,提高其缺氧耐受性 ,并对小鼠消化功能有一定的改善 .更多还原

【Abstract】 After injecting intraperitoneal sheep placenta living cell component,we studied the improvement in the weight of thymus and spleen,immunity cell′s numbers,anaerobic toleration and the progradation ability of digestive organs of mice.The results showed that SPLCC can increase the numbers of leucocytes and splenicnucleated cells and the weight of thymus gland and splennic organ,enhancing anaerobic toleration,and improving theprogradation ability of digestive organs significantly.更多还原
