棉蚜对棉花生育期及温度条件的生态适应性

【摘要】 测定了不同温度、棉花不同生育期及棉株不同部位上棉蚜的体型大小 ,结果表明 ,在 2 0~ 32℃下随温度的升高 ,棉蚜个体变小 ,且高温胁迫促使棉蚜往下部老叶转移 ;棉花顶芽下 1~ 2叶片上蚜体显著大于其它叶位 ;1999年江苏南京在棉花苗、蕾和铃期 ,棉蚜体型大小无显著差异 ,但到吐絮期后则显著变小。温度与棉蚜累积产仔量间的二次函数模拟结果表明 ,棉花不同生育期 ,棉蚜的最大累积产仔量和最适产仔温度存在差异。不同温度下棉蚜日最大产仔量表现为苗、铃期小于花、蕾期 ;但高于 2 8℃后差异缩小 ,并且高温使棉蚜的死亡高峰日提前。

【Abstract】 The size of cotton aphids growing on different positions of cotton at different temperatures and developmental stages was measured.The results showed that the higher the temperature(ranges 20?32 ℃),the smaller the size.The high temperature always forced aphids to transfer to old leaves .The size of aphids on the 1st or 2nd tender leaf under height shoot was significantly larger than that on the other positions.The aphid size at the cotton seedling,budding and boll setting stages was not significantly different in Nanjing,1999.But in the boll opening stage the aphid size became smaller.The relationships between cumulative fecundity(A)and temperature(t)were simulated by paracurve.The optimum temperature and cumulative fecundity were different during four developmental stages of cotton.Maximum daily fecundity and net reproduction on flowering and budding stages were higher than seedling and boll setting stages,but the gap became not significant when the temperature was above 28 ℃.High temperature made the life span short.
