【Abstract】 The antibiotic activity of the antagonistic proteins “N1235”against the wheat scab was tested by PDA pastilled membrane slides in a fermented liquor. The result showed that the proteins exerted an effect of mall formation onto the spores and the sprouting hypha, which made the spores tube swell in their top ends, and the mycelia appear very thick and short. The regression equation of the toxicity is y=7.1471-0.2053x. When the mother liquor was diluted into 5 times, the control efficiency of the medicinal use in the field were: once was 43.63%, twice was 61.36%.更多还原
