【摘要】 研究了不同浓度氯化亚铈对果蝇寿命、家蚕寿命及其茧重的影响。实验分两部分 :( 1)用不同浓度的氯化亚铈加入培养基中饲养黑腹果蝇 ,结果显示 133mg/L浓度时雌果蝇、2 66mg/L浓度时雄果蝇的寿命显著延长 ( p <0 .0 5) ;( 2 )用不同浓度的氯化亚铈溶液浸泡桑叶 ,风干后分别喂养四眠期的家蚕 ,浓度分别为 16,32mg/L时家蚕茧重量显著增加 ( p <0 .0 5) ;在 4 ,8,16mg/L浓度时家蚕寿命显著延长 ( p <0 .0 5)。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the biological effect of different dose Ce 3+ on life of fruit fly and silkworm and weight of cocoon.Experimental results showed that,under 133 mg/L concentration of CeCl 3,the life of female fruit fly could prolong,under 266 mg/L the life of male fruit fly could prolong too (p<0.05);under 4,8,16 mg/L the life of silkworm could prolong (p<0.05),under 16,32 mg/L the weight of cocoon increased obviously (p<0.05).更多还原
