四种有应用前景的煤的液化性能评价
EVALUATION OF FOUR KINDS OF PROMISING CHINESE COALS FOR LIQUEFACTION
【摘要】 以赤泥、黄铁矿和原位担载铁催化剂对先锋、依兰、神木、兖州四种煤在 40 0℃~450℃ ,30 min~ 90 min和 7MPa H2 条件下进行了液化性能评价 .结果表明 :催化剂与煤种有一定的匹配关系 .针对某一特定的液化煤种应该进行广泛的催化剂筛选评价和研制工作 ,从中发现最适合于该煤液化的催化剂 .在所使用的三种催化剂中 ,原位担载铁催化剂对神木、兖州、依兰煤的液化效果非常明显 ,活性远好于赤泥和黄铁矿催化剂 ,有一定的应用前景。赤泥催化剂对兖州煤液化作用明显 ,而赤泥 + S对神木煤液化效果显著 .黄铁矿催化剂对四种煤液化效果相近 ,作用较小
【Abstract】 Liquefaction activity of several promising Chinese coals was tested using red mud,pyrite and in situ impregnated iron as catalysts under the conditions of 400 ℃ 450 ℃,30 min 90 min,and 7 MPa H 2 .The results show that the catalytic effect depends not only on the physical state and chemical properties of coal but also on the compatibility of catalyst and coal.Among the three catalysts used,the in situ impregnated iron catalyst shows the highest activity on Yanzhou,Yilan and Shenmu coal but shows almost no effect on Xianfeng coal.Red mud gives higher conversion on Yanzhou coal liquefaction while red +S benefits the conversion of Shenmu coal.Pyrite shows similar catalytic effect on three coals.
