采煤机无多余约束齿轮传动的应用及分析

【摘要】 齿轮传动是采煤机械的主要传动方式 ,无论牵引部和截割部的传动均为单流齿轮传动 ,如何在不加大制造成本的情况下 ,改善齿轮传动特性 ,提高承载能力 ,是采煤机设计者的主要任务。通过对MG1 50B薄煤层采煤机牵引部齿轮传动设计中采用的无多余约束的传动型式的分析 ,并结合原理及使用情况 ,提出了新的观点。

【Abstract】 Gear rotation is a main rotation fashion of coal winning machine.And the rotation of engine unit and cutting unit is uniflow gear rotation.It is a main task for designer to improve the rotation character and carry ability of gear.A new point is provided,based on using no-surplus restraint rotation fashion and cutting unit of MG 150B coal winning machine,and combining the rule,using state and analysis.
