【摘要】 目的 :观察不同的皮瓣设计方法行耳再造的临床效果。　方法 :采用三种不同的设计方法行耳再造 2 6只。　结果 :几种不同的方法均可完成耳再造术 ,但术后效果有一定的差异。结论 :采用方法三行耳再造 ,术后形态较好 ,收缩程度低 ,可有效利用扩张皮瓣更多还原
