【摘要】 目的 :探索鼻翼缺损各种修复方法的优缺点。方法 :对既往采用的耳廓复合组织瓣、颞部镰状皮瓣、残存鼻翼的局部皮瓣、上臂内侧皮管、额部扩张皮瓣及全厚皮片所修复的鼻翼缺损共 48个病例进行回顾性分析。结果 :本组 48例鼻翼缺损畸形虽然术后都得到不同程度的改善 ,但每种方法的治疗效果确存在明显差别。结论 :耳廓复合组织瓣移植和额部扩张皮瓣转移修复鼻翼缺损是比较满意的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research adventage and disadventage of different methods,that repaired nasal alar defect for raised operating effects Methods:All cases of nasal alar defect that were repaired by auricular composite graft temporal L shape shin flap、tubed shin flap、z plasty by residual nasal ala expanded forehead flap and full thickness skin graft,were reviewed and analyzed Results:In this group,48 cases of nasal alar defect obtained different degree correction,but each operating method had obvious difference in effect The auricular composite graft and the expanded forehead flap were applied to repair the nasal alar defect had obtained satisfactory result The reconstructed nasal ala were similar to the normal side of the nasal ala in contour、color、thickness、texture and its tissue structure But the expanded forehead flap have not cartilage support The conchae cartilage grated was necessory,when the expanded forehead flap was applied The temperal L shape skin flap and tubed skin flap on upper arm had several disadventages,Such as displeased contour and dark color Conclusion:In present,the nasal ala were reconstructed by auricular composite graft and expanded forehead flap are better satisfactory methods Espically,the expanded forehead flap can use to repair the defect of nasal ala companied with the defect of the nasal tip and columella更多还原
